Refund policy
Items purchased from La Marquesa Style can be returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery in most cases. During this period, you can try on the product and inspect it as if you were buying something in a physical shop. The product must be in the same condition in which you received it and without any damage. You can remove the product from its packaging, unless it is sealed.
Returns will not be accepted if it is perceived that the garment has been worn.
If you decide to return the items, you will need to let us know by filling in the return form on our website, or by using the withdrawal form below. You can also let us know that you want to return your order by sending an email to noelia@lamarquesastyle.es. Please note that you must send the items back to us within 14 days of informing us.
Processing your Return
After we receive your return shipment, we will inspect the returned items and begin processing your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during purchase, unless you prefer otherwise. The refund will be paid within 7 days. You will have to cover the return shipping costs yourself. The costs will be an estimated maximum of 4.
Items that cannot be returned
The following types of items cannot be returned:
Products that have been custom-made to the buyer's specifications such as: Products that have been custom-made.
